Charles Douglas Eddings, age 61 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at home. Funeral services for Mr. Eddings will be conducted on Monday, June 21, 2021, at 3:00 pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Crandall officiating. Interment will follow in North Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
He was born August 25, 1959, in Rutherford, TN; the son of the late E.C. Eddings, and Lila Minton Browning. He was a supervisor at Tyson Foods and attended North Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his mother, Lila Minton Browning; daughter, Chasity Warren; stepchildren, Chad Wright, Michelle Goad (Jimmy); two brothers, Timothy Eddings, Larry Eddings; and four grandchildren, Ally Goad, Libby Goad, Mia Conley, and Mason Warren. He was preceded in death by his father.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm on Monday, June 21, 2021, at the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Charles Douglas Eddings.
