Cassie Biggs

Mrs. Cassie Lorene Biggs, age 92 of Caruthersville, Missouri, passed away from this life on Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Biggs will be conducted on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 2:00pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in New Salem Cemetery, in Mason Hall, TN. She was born January 11, 1926 in Weakley County, TN; the daughter of the late Clarence and Saddie (Adams) Baker. She retired as a nurse working in home healthcare, and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Biggs; children, Gray Wolfe of Memphis, TN, Rick Wolfe of Clarksville, TN, and Debbie Allen of Memphis, TN; siblings, Shirley Frye, and Mary Clark; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Saddie Baker; siblings, Vonell Worrell, Dorothy Kemp, John David Baker; and son, Glenn Smith. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm-2:00pm on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
