March 8th, 1944 - February 9th, 2019 Mrs. Carolyn Sue Gordon age 74 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, February 9th, 2019, at her home. Funeral services for Mrs. Gordon will be conducted on Wednesday, February 13th, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Rutherford, Tennessee, with Bro. Don Prescott officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Dyer, Tennessee. Mrs. Sue was born March 8th, 1944 in Humboldt, Tennessee; the daughter of Therman Woodrow and Alma Pauline Autry Cash. She was a Office Assistant at Primary Care Clinic in Trenton, and a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Humboldt. Mrs. Sue is survived by one son Roger Gordon; one grandaughter, Aja Leigh Sandford; three great - grandchildren, Hayden Garrett Sandford, Greenlee Jean Sandford, Grant Everett Sandford; two sisters, Sharon Bramley, and Beverly Kendall; and two brothers, Randy Cash, and Jerry Cash. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ray Gordon; and her parents. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 13th, 2019, in the Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Rutherford, Tennessee.
