Carl Gene Bergfeld

Mr. Carl Gene Bergfeld, age 82 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at his home. Funeral services for Mr. Bergfeld will be conducted on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 12:00 PM in the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Bergfeld and Bro. Zach Rousell officiating. Interment will follow in Davidson Chapel Cemetery in Trenton. 

He was born September 11, 1942, in Troy, Missouri; the son of the late Edwin and Mary Della Taylor Bergfeld. He was an electrician for Goodyear. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Jane Bergfeld; two children, Michael Bergfeld and Lori Fuller; step-daughter, Kim Bunch Smith; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Gary Bergfeld; and sister, Linda Broyles. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Ruby June Mette. 

The family will receive friends from 10AM- 12PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Carl Gene Bergfeld.
