Caffie Gene “Jeannie” Tolcher, age 66 of Edmond, Oklahoma passed away from this life on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was born November 20, 1953 in Lexington, TN to Waverly Lindsey and Perlie Kelly Lindsey.
She is survived by her husband, Richard D. Tolcher of Edmond, OK; daughter, Elisha Leard of Porter, TX; two grandchildren, Tony and Stacie Leard of Porter, TX; three great grandchildren, Maeghan Shannon, Azaria Palomo, Nadia Medel of Porter, TX; siblings, Dorothy Smith of Halls, TN, Suzy Cotner of Pekin, Ill., Linda Clements of Newbern, TN, Paul Needham of Dresden, TN, and Charles Lindsey.
