Bob Robinson

George Bobbitt "Bob" Robinson, age 90 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, October 4, 2019, at home. Funeral services for Mr. Robinson will be conducted on Sunday, October 6 at 2:30 PM in the Dyer Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Carroll officiating. Entombment will follow in Bobbitt Cemetery, in Dyer.

He was born April 11, 1929 in Dyer; son of the late George Bobbitt Robinson Sr. and the late Lucille (Davidson) Robinson. He was owner & operator of Dyer Motor Company before retiring, and member of Dyer Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by one son, Norman Robinson; eight grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Dean Robinson; his parents; daughters, Emily Parks, Beth Bennett; sister, Louise Bond; and brother, Lucian Robinson.

Visitation with the family of George Bobbitt Robinson will be Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Dyer. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of George Bobbitt Robinson.
