Billie Sue Kirkpatrick, age 91 of Milan, Tennessee, passed away from this life on July 2, 2019, at Jackson Madison County Hospital. Funeral services for Billie Sue Kirkpatrick will be conducted on July 5 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Hemann officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, in Trenton.

She was born March 25, 1928 in Memphis; daughter of the late Gwendolyn Cook Grimes. She was a Janitress with General Motors for many years, and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by granddaughter, Dawn Shackelford; great grandson, Noah Shackelford; and cousin, Bett Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Kirkpatrick; her parents, Gwendolyn Cook Grimes and Eldon Grimes; and one son, Richard Kirkpatrick.

Visitation with the family of Billie Sue Kirkpatrick will be Friday, July 5, 2019 from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Dyer. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Billie Sue Kirkpatrick.
