Benjamin Thomas Earls

Benjamin Thomas Earls, age 62 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center.  Funeral services for Mr. Earls will be conducted on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 1:00 pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Joel Pigg officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery.

He was born January 2, 1959, in Martin, TN; the son of Gilbert & Martha Matlock Earls. He was a refrigeration technician for Tyson Foods, loved going duck hunting, and attended Rutherford First Baptist Church.

He is survived by loving wife, Cindy Earls; four children, Haley Wilson (Casey), Mallory Harris (Tim), Jessica Cannon, Zachary Earls; one Godchild, Heather Hammonds; siblings, Alfred Earls, Russell Earls, George Earls, Danny Earls Sr., Marta Kimbrough, Sandy Crabtree, Rebecca Vermillion; eight grandchildren, Brooks Harris, Brianna Kolwyck, Brenton Burton, Eli Lewis, Colt Humphreys, Cannon Humphreys, Case Humphreys, and arriving soon, Micah Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, David Vermillion.

Pallbearers are Brenton Burton, Russell Earls, Alfred Earls, Brandon Earls, Tyler Jones, and Danny Earls.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Benjamin Thomas Earls.
