Arby Wayne Gammons

Arby Wayne Gammons, age 78 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, September 6, 2019, at Jackson Madison County Hospital. Funeral services for Arby Wayne Gammons will be conducted on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Archie Larry officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

He was born July 22, 1941 in Kenton; son of the late John Gammons and the late Nancy (Wheeler) Gammons. He was a tire builder at Firestone where he retired; and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by wife Sandra Gammons; three children, Tammie Weinmann (Willy), Tina Cole, Chris Gammons; siblings, Arlene James,  Joe Ann Null, Peggy Sharpe, John Gammons; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son, Timothy John Gammons.

Visitation with the family of Arby Wayne Gammons will be Tuesday, September 10, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Dyer. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Arby Wayne Gammons.
