Andrew Bye

Matthew Andrew Bye, age 30 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at home. Funeral services for Mr. Bye will be conducted on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, in Dyer.

He was born July 28, 1989 in Mayfield, KY; the son of Madeline Bye, and the late Shirley Kay Spellings. He was a general laborer at Wepfer Marine.

He  is survived by mom, Madeline Bye; step-parents, Katherine Burcham, Phillip Griggs, Jr.; children, Neveah Bye, Knox Bye, Hayden Bye, Jenson Bates; siblings, Victoria Bye, Alexa Bye, Daniel Griggs, Jessica Mewhinney, Dustin Cody; and grandfather, David Floyd (Bobbie). He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Kay Spellings; and grandparents, Glenda Hodge Floyd, and Bobbie & Ronnie Bye.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
